Tired of packing and unpacking? Would you like to save money by not having to haul your camper to and from? We have a good suggestion for you. We do offer seasonal sites however we are currently working off a waiting list. 

• Metered Electric Site—$2750.00 + tax
  (Electric usage is billed directly to the seasonal camper from our local power company)
• Non-Metered Electric Site—$2750.00 + tax
  (Additional electric usage fees will apply per billing cycle)
• Accessory Structure Permit Fee—Fees will vary with structures
  (Accessory structures [i.e. decks, screen rooms, sheds] are allowed on site with permit and prior approval)

• Rates include water, unlimited use of all common areas and off season storage of your RV
• VIP Wristbands for the use of the inflatables are available for the season at discounted rates
• Pump Out Services are available twice a week with additional fees required
• Pier Slip Rentals: $825.00 + tax per season pending availability
• Use of personal golf carts, with proof of insurance, are allowed for Seasonal Campers
• We welcome & encourage our Seasonal Campers to get involved in all of our planned activities
• Use of personal golf carts are allowed for Seasonal Campers
• Liability and personal property Insurance Coverage is required for your RV, Golf Car & Accessory Structures
